No-Financial-Advice Disclosure & Participant Acknowledgment

1. Purpose of This Disclosure

This document defines the legal boundaries of the services provided by Rocket Trading LLC (“Rocket Trading”) and clarifies the responsibilities and limitations of all instructors and participants.

This disclosure applies to all forms of Rocket Trading content and activity, including:

  • in-person workshops and live events

  • live teaching sessions

  • online content (current or future)

  • verbal instruction and discussions

  • written materials, charts, and examples

  • demonstrations, illustrations, and explanations

By participating in any Rocket Trading Workshop or consuming any Rocket Trading content, I agree to all terms stated herein.

2. Rocket Trading Provides Education Only

Rocket Trading provides general financial education, including concepts such as:

  • market structure and basic terminology

  • trading principles and methods

  • risk management concepts

  • chart analysis and technical examples

  • order types and platform navigation

  • common market behaviors and patterns

Rocket Trading does NOT:

  • provide individualized investment advice

  • recommend specific trades, securities, or strategies

  • manage or handle client funds

  • evaluate any participant’s personal financial situation

  • act as a financial advisor, investment manager, or fiduciary

Nothing taught by Rocket Trading constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

3. No Professional Relationship Is Created

By participating, I understand that I am NOT entering into any of the following relationships with Rocket Trading or its instructors:

  • advisor-client relationship

  • broker-customer relationship

  • fiduciary relationship

  • attorney-client, accountant-client, or tax professional relationship

Rocket Trading and its instructors are not acting as:

  • brokers or dealers

  • SEC-registered investment advisers

  • tax professionals or attorneys

No suitability assessments are performed, and no personal financial plans are created for participants.

Instructors are NOT operating in any regulated advisory capacity.

4. No Trade Recommendations

I acknowledge that Rocket Trading does NOT:

  • instruct participants to buy, sell, hold, or trade any specific security

  • provide trade alerts, signals, entries, or exits

  • provide personalized portfolio advice

  • offer real-time trade directions or recommendations

Any charts, symbols, or securities mentioned are used strictly as:

  • educational examples

  • historical illustrations

  • demonstrations of concepts or tools

Any mention of a security is educational in nature and is never a recommendation.

I am solely responsible for all trading and investment decisions I make.

5. No Guarantees or Promises

I understand and agree that Rocket Trading makes NO guarantees, promises, or assurances regarding:

  • financial results or profit

  • trading success or performance

  • risk reduction or elimination

  • achievement of any financial goals

Trading and investing involve significant risks, including:

  • partial or total loss of capital

  • market volatility and rapid price movement

  • gaps, slippage, and unexpected events

  • emotional and psychological stress

  • technical or platform errors

Rocket Trading does not guarantee:

  • accuracy of any market interpretation

  • future predictions or performance

  • reliability of market conditions

  • any outcome from applying concepts taught in its content or workshops.

6. Personal Responsibility & Independent Judgment

I agree that I am solely responsible for:

  • evaluating my own financial situation

  • determining whether trading is appropriate for me

  • deciding if, when, and how to apply any concepts I learn

  • the trades I enter, manage, or exit

I will NOT:

  • rely solely on Rocket Trading content to make trading decisions

  • treat illustrative examples as personalized advice

I understand that I should consult appropriately licensed professionals (such as financial advisors, CPAs, or attorneys) for:

  • advice specific to my financial situation

  • tax implications of my decisions

  • legal or regulatory questions

Rocket Trading is not responsible for my decisions, trades, profits, losses, misunderstandings, or how I choose to apply any material presented.

7. Compliance With Federal and State Law

Rocket Trading operates strictly as a financial education provider.

Rocket Trading complies with all applicable federal and state laws relating to education-based financial content.

Because Rocket Trading does NOT provide individualized advice, manage funds, or act as a broker or investment adviser, it is not required to register as:

  • an investment adviser with the SEC

  • a broker-dealer with FINRA

  • any other regulated advisory or brokerage role

Any attempt by a participant or viewer to reinterpret Rocket Trading’s educational content as “financial advice” is expressly disclaimed and rejected by this document.

8. Acknowledgment of Risks Associated With Trading

I acknowledge that:

  • trading and investing involve substantial financial risk

  • I may lose some, all, or more than my initial investment

  • markets can move rapidly and unpredictably

  • volatility, gaps, news events, and liquidity issues may significantly affect outcomes

  • trading requires skill, discipline, emotional control, and ongoing education

I understand that:

  • past performance does not guarantee future results

  • no strategy works all the time

  • any example of profit is not a promise or indication of what I will experience

I accept full responsibility for all trading and investment decisions and for all resulting profits or losses.

9. No Liability of Rocket Trading

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Rocket Trading LLC, its owner, instructors, assistants, agents, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from liability arising from:

  • my trading decisions or outcomes

  • financial losses of any kind

  • misunderstanding or misinterpretation of educational material

  • reliance on any examples, demonstrations, or explanations

  • application or misapplication of workshop or online content

I agree that I will not hold Rocket Trading liable for any claim, allegation, complaint, or legal action related to:

  • my trading or investing activity

  • my use of any information taught or presented by Rocket Trading.

10. Participant Acknowledgment & Signature

All participants will be required to review and sign this document, acknowledging that:

  • I have read this disclosure carefully and in full

  • I understand all of the terms and limitations described

  • I understand that Rocket Trading provides education only

  • I accept full responsibility for my own trading and investment actions

  • I will not claim that Rocket Trading or its instructors provided financial advice to me

11. Online & Digital Content Coverage

I understand and agree that all terms of this disclosure apply equally to any and all forms of online and digital content produced or distributed by Rocket Trading, including but not limited to:

  • livestream sessions and virtual workshops

  • recorded video lessons and replays

  • screen-sharing demonstrations

  • digital downloads, PDFs, worksheets, and guides

  • emails, newsletters, and written communications

  • websites, blogs, and online articles

  • online courses, modules, and membership content

  • chat rooms, discussion groups, or community platforms

  • comments, Q&A responses, or direct written replies

  • social media posts, messages, or digital media on any platform

All limitations, disclaimers, and terms stated in this document apply fully and without exception to online instruction, digital content, and virtual interactions, whether live or recorded.
