Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Purpose of This Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all in-person workshop registrations offered by Rocket Trading. Its purpose is to ensure clarity, fairness, and consistent business operations while maintaining a simple administrative structure.

2. Refund Window

Participants may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided:

  • the request is made within 48 hours, and

  • the workshop is scheduled more than 7 days away from the time of the request.

If either condition is not met, a refund will not be granted.

3. All Sales Final After Refund Window

After the 48-hour refund window closes:

  • No refunds

  • No credits

  • No transfers

  • No rescheduling

  • No substitutions

All sales are final.

Rocket Trading does not offer refunds based on:

  • personal scheduling conflicts

  • changes in circumstances

  • dissatisfaction with workshop content

  • trading outcomes or performance

  • failure to attend

  • late arrival or early departure

4. Participant Responsibility to Attend

Participants are fully responsible for attending the workshop they registered for.

Failure to attend—regardless of reason—does not qualify for a refund, credit, transfer, or reschedule.

5. Exceptional Circumstances (Case-by-Case Basis)

Rocket Trading may, at its sole discretion, consider extenuating circumstances such as:

  • medical emergencies

  • severe family emergencies

  • significant unexpected events

These cases are reviewed individually and privately. Rocket Trading is not obligated to grant exceptions or provide compensation of any kind.

6. Rocket Trading Cancellations

If Rocket Trading must cancel a workshop due to:

  • instructor emergency

  • venue issues

  • severe weather

  • or unforeseen circumstances

Participants will receive a full refund of the workshop purchase price.

Rocket Trading does not offer rescheduling, transfers, or future date placement of any kind. Rocket Trading is not responsible for:

  • travel expenses

  • lodging

  • meals

  • time off work

  • childcare

  • or any other associated costs

A full refund of the workshop fee is the only remedy offered.

7. Chargeback Policy

Participants agree not to initiate a chargeback for any reason other than confirmed financial fraud.

If a chargeback is filed, Rocket Trading will submit:

  • this policy

  • proof of purchase

  • correspondence

  • signed participant documents

to dispute and reverse the chargeback.

Rocket Trading reserves the right to deny future participation to anyone who initiates a chargeback.
